Standard Cancellations

More than 48 hours before tour

Cancel for free and receive a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

24-48 hours before tour

We understand plans change. Cancellations in this window receive a 50% refund. Alternatively, you can reschedule to another date at no extra cost (subject to availability).

Less than 24 hours before tour

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. This is because we've already allocated guides, equipment, and turned away other potential guests.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety is our priority. If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions (strong winds, storms, lightning), you will receive:

  • A full 100% refund, OR
  • Free rescheduling to any available date during your stay

We monitor conditions continuously and will contact you if there's a possibility of cancellation. The final decision is typically made 2-4 hours before the tour.

Note: Light rain does not typically result in cancellation. You may get wet anyway while kayaking!

No-Shows

If you don't show up for your tour without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided. Please contact us if you're running late – we may be able to wait a few minutes or reschedule you to a later tour.

Modifications

Need to change your tour date, time, or group size? Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days to appear in your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
