1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of X Adventure Sea Kayaking services and website. By booking a tour or rental, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment provider.

3. Cancellation Policy

48+ hours before: Full refund
24-48 hours before: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: No refund
Weather cancellations: Full refund or free rescheduling

4. Safety Requirements

All participants must be able to swim and follow safety instructions. Life jackets must be worn at all times while kayaking. Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to join tours.

5. Age and Health Requirements

Minimum age for tours is 5 years. Children under 12 must share a kayak with an adult. Participants should be in reasonable physical health. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

6. Weather Conditions

Tours may be cancelled or modified due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or free rescheduling. The decision to cancel due to weather is at the sole discretion of X Adventure.

7. Liability

Kayaking is an outdoor activity with inherent risks. By participating, you accept these risks. X Adventure is not liable for loss or damage to personal property, injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, or pre-existing medical conditions.

8. Equipment

All equipment remains the property of X Adventure. Participants are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. Lost or damaged equipment may result in charges.

9. Photography

We may take photos during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide. Any photos taken by our guides remain our property.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
